Perfectly clean hotel, loved to be not far from most resturants in Piura as well as also the airport thanks to peaceful and excellent location. Very attentive and dedicated staff at the reception desk, did a nice job. There were extremely comfy beds and climate control, a personal safe and pay television in the double room.

The friendly staff at the front desk, amazing room with many amenities, a great pool, convenient parking, and a gym for guests to use.

Hotel had good amenities. The hotel has a decent bar and restaurant which is handy if you arrive late.

They are under a major expansion/ renovation at the moment so the construction starts early. The pool is also not available due to that.

It seems small, but the staff's response was unpleasant and made the situation uncomfortable.

The hotel was conveniently located, making it easy for us to explore the city during Christmas. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had a good experience. We especially liked the fact that the hotel offered a free shuttle service to and from the airport. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed using the gym and sauna.

That the breakfast buffet lacked vegan options. Another negative aspect was that the hotel was situated close to two large mobile masts, which made it difficult to fully enjoy the outdoor space.

During Christmas, my family and I had a wonderful stay in this hotel. We enjoyed two complimentary activities offered by the hotel. the first was a Christmas Eve party with lots of games, music and food, which the children loved. the other was a guided tour of the city, which helped us get oriented and discover some great local spots. the hotel was in a great location, very close to the main square, with easy access to shops and restaurants. the room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for our family. We also appreciated the outdoor pool, which was well-maintained and inviting.

the front desk staff were not very responsive when we encountered some difficulties with the bathroom.
